As your architect/engineer complete their plans, we partner with you to build your project on time and within your budget. We work with your design professionals to clarify construction drawings and specifications in order to maintain agreed-upon budgetary constraints. We then place the project information with qualified bidders, supervise the bid process, select subcontractors, schedule the work, and manage the construction process. As your Construction Manager, we take your project through to completion. Another of our specialties is Design/Build , where we not only build your projects, but we also design, draw, and engineer them. Our in-house design team will consult with you to first ascertain your concepts and needs, then produce all necessary drawings and specifications. We make the design process easy by depending on our years of experience in all facets of construction. We are a full partner with you in order to ensure that your wants and needs, including budgetary needs, are fully met. In both scenarios, we produces schedules in order to keep you fully informed. We utilize only the most qualified subcontractors through competitive bidding, phase all work, handle all paperwork with suppliers and subcontractors and manage all major and minor aspects through to completion.
