Vacation to Belgium—1935

Postcard 9-year-old Kees mailed from Rotterdam to Rochefort, Belgium on July 30, 1935 (with a number of spelling errors.) He was staying with his Opa Sonneveld and Tante Hes. He reports to his parents that “yesterday evening a boy drowned and his father and mother were not home.”
