View of the two middle floor bedrooms. After Leendert died, Marie moved to the top floor, to allow Piet and Henny to use the entire second floor. The small room became the kitchen, the large room was the master bedroom, and the office became the living/dining room.

When the van Pelts lived in the house, the master bedroom had a coal-fired heater tied to the same style fireplace/flue.
