This was not the main surrender, rather the one for Holland, Denmark and the northern sector of Germany. The main surrender occurred a few days later. Signing for the Allies, on the left was Field Marshal Montgomery, and for the Germans, General Admiral Georg von Friedeburg, General Eberhard Kinzel, G. Wagner, Poleck, and a “Friedl” (an unknown Gestapo major, whose presence infuriated Montgomery, due to his low rank)
