Guests signed the back of a menu. Notice that Henny Bender (H.M. v. Pelt-Bender) forgot her new name and started to write “H.M. Bender”, before she realized her error and scratched out the “B”. Piet signed above her. The “L. van Pelt” below Henny’s signature is Leen. Rita (M.H. van Pelt-Bender) is below that, and then Leendert (compare with his signature below). Marie signed as “M.G. v. Pelt-Sonneveld.
