Yousaf and Malak Karsh

The Ottawa-resident Karsh brothers made their mark on the world through photography, both with strong ties to World War II. Yousuf was a portrait artist whose most famous work was a portrait of Winston Churchill and Malak whose name became synonymous with the Canadian Tulip Festival. Both were given Canadian postage stamps in their honor.
