Eik en Duinen Cemetery

The cemetery that holds the bodies of Leendert, Maria, Leen and Rita. The Dutch have since adopted a law that permits bodies to be removed and cremated after 10 years in a grave, though all four bodies are still interred there. The Eik en Duinen (“Oak and Dunes”) cemetery is located in the heart of Den Haag, on the Laan van Eik en Duinen (“Lane of Oak and Dunes”).
